Byron Nelson is a Principal and Senior Financial Advisor with Ronald Blue & Co.'s branch office in Santa Ana, California.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant, Byron understands the complex issues surrounding the development of a comprehensive and strategic financial plan. Whether his clients want to fund long-term goals such as college or retirement, start their own business, or ensure that their investments are allocated properly, Byron knows how to translate those dreams into a workable, realistic, and custom-tailored financial plan.

Byron joined the firm in 1991 when he served as a Financial Planner at the National Office in Atlanta, Georgia. In 1993 he returned to California to assist in the opening of the Santa Ana branch office. Byron received his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 1994 and became a Principal at the firm in 2002.

Byron is a member of the Orange County, Financial Planner's Association. In 2004 he was certified with the Kingdom Advisors, an organization founded by Ron Blue. He graduated from California State University of Fullerton in 1982 with his BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Byron and his wife, Dawn, reside in Fullerton, a suburb of Los Angeles, CA. They have four children.
