David Hogan

Managing Director, Tax & Business Services, Principal

David Hogan is a Principal and the Managing Director of Ronald Blue & Co.'s Tax and Business Services branch office in Atlanta, Georgia.

As the Managing Director, David is responsible for directing his staff as they provide tax and business services to the firm’s closely-held business and high-net-worth clients. These services include tax consulting, tax return preparation, accounting system design, bookkeeping, and general business consulting for small to medium size companies. Along with a staff of CPA’s and other professionals, his division provides comprehensive tax and business planning services nationwide.

David earned his BS Accounting from the University of Florida and attended the University of North Florida.for his post-graduate studies. Prior to joining the firm, David began his career with a CPA firm in Jacksonville Florida performing primarily tax and small business consulting services. After leaving Jacksonville, David spent eight years with Ernst & Young and Price Waterhouse.

Active in the professional community, David is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). He has conducted numerous tax seminars. For many years, David served as an instructor for the Original Income Tax Clinic, an annual tax update presented to groups throughout Georgia.

David and his wife, Mendie, live in Atlanta, Georgia, and have two sons.
