Mike Searcy is the Managing Director for Ronald Blue & Co.'s branch office in Phoenix, Arizona.

As a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Mike maintains strong client relationships by helping people translate their dreams and goals into a workable, realistic financial plan. He has an extensive background in a wide variety of financial disciplines, including retirement and investment counseling and specialized business consulting services for analysis of professional practices.

Mike's past involvement in a pension administration company and past ownership of a “full-service” financial services company has exposed him to many different methods and philosophies of financial planning. His work at Ronald Blue & Co. allows him to synthesize these diverse planning ideas into a concise and understandable process for the benefit of the client.

Mike is an active member and Elder of Arizona Community Church in Tempe, Arizona. He also actively disciples people on a one-on-one basis.

Mike earned his BS degree from Arizona State University in 1972, and his CLU and Chartered Financial Consultant designations from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.

Mike and his wife, Cyndi, live in Tempe. They have two adult children, Kyle and Kristen.
