Brian Shepler assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer for Ronald Blue & Co., LLC in December 2002.

As CFO, Brian oversees the firm's day-to-day financial matters (budgeting, cash management, accounting, management reporting), leads various strategic development initiatives, consults on various client related matters such as strategic business planning and succession, and interacts regularly with RB&Co.'s Board of Directors and investor group. He is a member of the firm's Operations and Management Committees.

Brian joined RB&Co. in 2000 from the investment banking division of SunTrust Banks, Inc., where he served in various roles, including Vice President for Investment Banking and Senior Equity Research Analyst.

Brian began his career with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York, serving in the investment banking department and participating in numerous strategic and capital raising transactions. He subsequently joined Pfingsten Partners, a private equity firm in Deerfield, IL, targeting Midwest acquisition opportunities.

Brian earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Chicago, and received a BA in Mathematics from DePauw University, with Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude distinctions.

Brian and his wife, Cindy, have two children, Katherine and Clay, and reside in Roswell, Georgia.
