Flexible Paid Time Off Program: Traditional types of time off such as vacation time, holidays, time off for short-term illnesses, etc. are covered through RB&Co.'s Paid Time Off Program.

Work-Life Balance Days: To support the balanced lifestyle that is one of the foundational principles of Ronald Blue & Co., additional time off is available and earmarked for use to facilitate and promote work/life balance.

Mission Days: Paid Time Off hours may be redeemed on a 1 for 2 basis for employees desiring time off to serve on mission-related projects.
