As Director of Investment Research, Curt directs the firm's fund and manager research, as well as the portfolio design functions. Curt serves on the Ronald Blue & Co. Investment Advisory Committee and the High Net Worth Investment Committee. He also handles relationship management duties for institutional accounts.

Curt joined Ronald Blue & Co. in 1986 and became a principal in 1991. He served as a client manager for seven years, working with financial planning and investment management clients throughout the southeast. With twelve previous years of data processing and systems consulting experience, Curt has significantly contributed in the implementation and design of the firm's financial planning software and has provided firm-wide technical support for investment management since the establishment of the Investment Research Department in 1993.

Prior to joining the firm, Curt was with Alexander and Alexander, Inc., an international insurance brokerage firm. As a Vice President, Curt worked in the Anistics division, which provided risk management consulting services to Fortune 500 companies. He also managed a staff of nine systems analysts and programmers in implementing a time-sharing and batch reporting system for property/casualty loss analysis and claims management.

Curt received a MBA in Management from Georgia State University in 1981, and a BA in Mathematics/Computer Science from Taylor University in 1974. He is a licensed CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations.

Curt lives in Atlanta with his wife, Nancy, and their two children.
