Ronald Blue & Co.

As Vice President of Human Resources and Professional Development for Ronald Blue & Co., Patty provides organizational leadership in all people- related areas including recruitment and retention strategies, compensation and benefit administration, succession planning, internal communication, and professional development. She has more than 16 years of comprehensive experience in human resources and administration.

Prior to joining Ronald Blue & Co. in 1997, Patty worked for Psycare America d/b/a Rapha, a Christ-centered psychiatric and recovery treatment service organization providing both inpatient and outpatient mental health programs throughout the United States. While there she served as Vice President of Administrative Services, providing leadership for Human Resources and all other administrative functions of the organization. She was responsible for developing and implementing all H.R. systems and multiple patient information/reporting systems, managing legal and contractual matters, re-engineering processes and workflow to enhance organizational efficiency, and leading the consolidation of two separate business entities including the management of all aspects of the change. Patty also served for over 5 years with Charter Medical Corporation as the Human Resource Director where she was accountable for total management of the H.R. function. While with Charter, she served on the Senior Management Team, participated on the Management Training Faculty of Charter University, and was recognized for excellence in leadership.

Patty is currently involved in the Society for Human Resource Management and is an active member of the First Baptist Church of Atlanta. Patty has also been a frequent leader of management training programs and provided internal consulting services in multiple arenas.

Patty and her husband, Mike, live in Dunwoody, Georgia, and have two children.
