Russ Crosson is President and CEO of Ronald Blue & Co., LLC (RB&Co.), a financial, estate, tax, investment, and philanthropic advisory firm founded in 1979. Based in Atlanta, RB&Co. serves more than 5,000 clients throughout the world and is approaching $5.0 billion of investment assets under management.

Russ was hired by Ron Blue in 1980 as the second employee of the newly founded firm. He has worked extensively in all areas of financial planning - specializing in comprehensive financial planning,estate planning, and transgenerational family planning. As President/CEO, Russ is active in developing the firm's strategic initiatives and the overall management of the firm.

Prior to his current position Russ served as Executive Director of The National Christian Foundation (NCF). NCF is a non-profit 501(c)(3) public charitable foundation that provides fund accounting and administration services. NCF exists to serve and empower faithful stewards to give wisely and abundantly for the advancement and enlargement of the Kingdom of God.

Russ is the author of two books, Money & Your Marriage and A Life Well Spent, and has been a featured speaker in many venues including Promise Keepers. He and his wife, Julie, have led seminars around the country on the subject of money, marriage, and communication.

Russ graduated in 1977 from Kansas State University with a BS in Mathematics and a Masters degree in Education. He taught mathematics for three years in the public school system.

Russ and Julie reside in Atlanta with their three sons.
