Russ Crosson is President and CEO of Ronald Blue & Co., LLC, a financial, estate, tax, investment, and philanthropic advisory firm founded in 1979. Based in Atlanta, Ronald Blue & Co. serves more than 5,000 clients throughout the world and manages approximately $4.0 billion of investment assets.

Russ was hired by Ron Blue in 1980 as the second employee of the newly founded firm. He has worked extensively in all areas of financial planning - specializing in comprehensive financial planning, estate planning, and transgenerational family planning. As President/CEO, Russ is active in developing the firm's strategic initiatives and the overall management of the firm.

Prior to his current position, Russ served as Executive Director of The National Christian Foundation (NCF). NCF is a non-profit 501(c)(3) public charitable foundation that provides fund accounting and administration services. NCF exists to serve and empower faithful stewards to give wisely and abundantly for the advancement and enlargement of the Kingdom of God.

Russ is the author of two books, A Life Well Spent and Money & Your Marriage, and has been a featured speaker in many venues including Promise Keepers. He and his wife, Julie, have led seminars around the country on the subject of money, marriage and communication.

Russ graduated from Kansas State University  in 1977 with a BS in Mathematics and a Master's degree in Education. He taught mathematics for three years in the public school system.

Russ and Julie reside in Atlanta with their three sons.
