Paid Time Off Programs

We recognize the importance of balancing work demands with personal life needs. We teach this tenet to our clients and we desire the same for our team members. We seek ways to enhance the quality of life for our employees and offer extensive Paid Time Off to eligible employees in support of this goal including:

Flexible Paid Time Off Program - This plan covers traditional types of time off including vacation time, holidays, time off for short-term illnesses, etc.

Work-Life Balance Days - To support the balanced lifestyle that is one of the foundational principles of Ronald Blue & Co., additional time off is available to facilitate and promote work/life balance.

Mission Days - For team members desiring to serve on mission-related projects Paid Time Off hours may be redeemed on a 1 for 2 basis.

Financial Support Services

As a financial services firm, we deeply understand the importance of personal finance management and its impact on physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Therefore we provide support and financial assistance for:

Financial Planning - Available through our Everyday Steward division.

Income Tax Preparation - Available through Ronald Blue & Co. CPAs and Consultants, LLP.

Will and Estate Document Assistance - We assist in paying for document creation and updates with the attorney of the team member’s choosing.

Share It Forward Fund - We maintain a firm and employee funded account designed to provide monetary assistance in the event of financial hardship or critical need of a team member.

Investment Account Management - Available through our Investment Management team.

Career Path

Ronald Blue & Co. Advisors have a defined and intentional path in their career development. Most Advisors follow one of our two traditional Financial Planning Career Paths.

Professional Development

All team members are encouraged to develop a comprehensive professional development plan which includes obtaining and maintaining professional designation(s), firm-provided internal coursework, external seminars or training, and/or additional degree programs. Ronald Blue & Co. is an approved continuing education (CE) sponsor with the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.

In support of our commitment to the professional development of all our team members, we offer tuition reimbursement for approved course work, paid time off to study for tests and reimbursement for certification costs and external CE required for certification maintenance.

Internship Program

To develop the next generation of financial planners and advisors, we offer paid summer Financial Planning Internships at select branches to enhance understanding of the financial services industry and provide exposure to meaningful career opportunities in wealth and investment management, financial planning, and philanthropic counsel.

In this 8-12 week program, interns apply their education while learning aspects of the industry not typically acquired in the classroom. We anticipate hosting up to five internships in Indianapolis, Phoenix, and other select locations. You can find more information and apply here.

Our firm, branch offices, teams and individual team members are involved in their local communities and spheres of influence. We view serving the needs of others as our significant opportunity and privilege.

Our Firm

Our firm has created a “Pay It Forward” fund where team members can make financial contributions with firm-matching funds to be used to support team members experiencing hardships, such as serious medical or health conditions, or an unexpected financial loss such as a house fire, flood, etc.


Our Branch Teams

Our branch office teams create and participate in projects in and around their communities to support causes they are passionate about. These activities may include food, clothing and toy drives or a day of service committed to assisting an organization that serves others such as serving food at a shelter, organizing the local clothes closet, and many others.
