Gary Bell serves both the Private Wealth division and the Professional Athlete Division of Ronald Blue Trust in Nashville, Tennessee.
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certificant and an experienced wealth advisor to individuals, families, and businesses in the Private Wealth division, Gary uses his objective perspective to help clients make wise financial decisions, live generously, and leave a lasting legacy. His goal is to help those he serves have the clarity and confidence to focus on the things that matter most to them. Gary and his team integrate financial planning, investment management, and trust services into financial plans tailored to his clients’ needs.
As a Sr. Financial Advisor with the Professional Athlete Division, Gary serves athletes and their families, helping them navigate the financial, marital, and personal pitfalls that athletes face today. The Professional Athlete Division of Ronald Blue Trust employs a customized service model geared to the unique needs of the athlete in their specific sport. Services include coordination of tax and legal counsel, bill paying, cash flow management, financial and estate planning, trust services, and philanthropic strategies. Ronald Blue Trust serves over 100 active and retired players and coaches across the MLB, NFL, NBA, PGA, NASCAR, and the NCAA.
Prior to joining Ronald Blue & Co. (the predecessor company to Ronald Blue Trust) in 1995, Gary worked as a Tax Specialist for KPMG Peat Marwick LLP, where he assisted individuals and businesses in tax planning and compliance. Gary holds a BS in Accounting and Business Administration from Presbyterian College where he graduated cum laude in 1992. He earned his Master of Accountancy from the University of Georgia in 1993.
Gary’s past and present community involvement includes his position as an Elder at his local church and a board member to various organizations including New Hope Academy, ThriftSmart, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes of Middle Tennessee.
Gary and his wife, Allena, reside in Franklin, Tennessee, with their four children.
