Peter Balch is a private wealth advisor for the Private Wealth division of Blue Trust and serves clients out of the office in Atlanta, Georgia.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certificant and an experienced wealth advisor to individuals, families, and businesses, Peter uses his objective perspective to help clients make wise financial decisions to experience clarity and confidence and leave a lasting legacy. His goal is to help those he serves focus on the things that matter most to them. Peter and his team integrate financial planning, investment management, and trust services into financial plans tailored to his clients’ needs.

Before joining the company, Peter worked for KPMG, LLP in their audit and tax divisions. He then worked for Blue & Co. CPA’s and Consultants as a senior tax accountant where he prepared tax returns and worked with individuals and businesses in tax planning. He also worked at AHC Media as a CFO/controller where he prepared and reviewed financial statements and coordinated tax return preparation.

Peter earned his BS in accounting from Pepperdine University.

Active in the community, Peter is a member of his local church.

Peter resides in Marietta, GA with his wife and three children. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking and other outdoor activities.
