Britney Knoeck is a client service associate for the Institutional Division of Ronald Blue Trust
Britney is responsible for overseeing various aspects of the Institutional Division client service to help ensure clients receive exceptional care at every touchpoint. As part of her role, she designs and implements processes and procedures to enhance the efficiencies of the Institutional Division operations. Britney provides administrative support by performing a variety of duties in the areas of client service, investment management, office administration, and accounting to support the Institutional team in serving and assisting clients.
Before joining Ronald Blue Trust, Britney spent ten years at Datascan, serving in various roles during her tenure. She began as an AI support/operations support analyst, where she provided technical support to a field staff of more than 300 associates and implemented the rollout of new business tools and processes. Britney then became a supervisor, managing a team of six to support the successful scheduling and completion of floor plan audits.
Britney earned her BA in Christian ethics from Belmont University with a double minor in business and early childhood education.
Britney lives in Cumming, Georgia. An active church member, she serves as a greeter for the nursery through pre-K and as a small group leader for middle school girls. In her spare time, Britney enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, fall weather, spin classes, and hanging out with her niece and nephews.
