David Lawless is a senior private wealth advisor for the Private Wealth division of Ronald Blue Trust and serves his clients out of the office in Houston, Texas.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certificant and an experienced wealth advisor to individuals, families, and businesses, David uses his objective perspective to help clients make wise financial decisions to experience clarity and confidence and leave a lasting legacy. His goal is to help those he serves focus on the things that matter most to them. David and his team integrate financial planning, investment management, and trust services into financial plans tailored to his clients’ needs.

In addition to serving families, individuals, and businesses, David has specific experience working with real estate and energy industry professionals giving him insight into some of the nuances related to customizing their financial plans.

Prior to joining Ronald Blue Trust, David was a senior associate at KPMG where he audited sports teams, real estate companies, and investment banks.

David earned his BBA in accounting from Texas A&M University. He also earned his master’s degree in finance from Texas A&M University in 2013.

David and his wife, Morgan, live in Houston with their daughter. He is on the local board of HOPE International and attends Hope Church.
