Ed McCahill is a senior private wealth advisor for the Private Wealth division and partner of Blue Trust and serves his clients out of the office in Seattle, Washington.

As an experienced wealth advisor to individuals, families, and businesses, Ed uses his objective perspective to help clients make wise financial decisions to experience clarity and confidence and leave a lasting legacy. His goal is to help those he serves focus on the things that matter most to them. Ed and his team integrate financial planning, investment management, and trust services into financial plans tailored to his clients’ needs.

Prior to joining the company, Ed spent over 25 years in the technology industry, including 18 years with Microsoft Corporation in marketing management and product management roles. He had previously held sales management and marketing management positions during his eight-year tenure at Wang Laboratories, Inc. He was also a small business owner for several years.

Ed graduated cum laude with his BS degree in management with a concentration in finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and received his MBA with a concentration in marketing from The Robert J. Manning School of Business at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. He is a Certified Wealth Strategist® (CWS®) and a member of Kingdom Advisors.

Active in his community, Ed is a member of his local church, a forum chair with C3 Leaders, a board member at His Deal, a Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) group leader, and a member of the Advisory Board of The Signatry Northwest. He previously served in voluntary leadership roles at The Bear Creek School, the National Christian Foundation Northwest, and Habitat for Humanity of East King County. Ed spent 12 years as Cubmaster and Scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts of America, Chief Seattle Council, receiving the 2006 District Scoutmaster of the Year award, and has earned his Wood Badge.

Ed and his wife, Cindy, have four adult children and four grandchildren. They live in Woodinville, WA.
