Laurie McRae is a family office advisor serving in the Family Office division of Ronald Blue Trust.
Laurie has over 15 years of experience helping families intentionally design a multi-generational plan for transferring the social, spiritual, and financial capital necessary for the family to thrive. Her biblical worldview and uncommon approach in the areas of financial, estate, trust, and investment planning emphasize a principle driven wealth transition that properly prepares and equips each generation.
Prior to joining Ronald Blue Trust, Laurie was an estate & financial planning consultant with Synovus Family Asset Management where she advised high net worth clients in areas of estate and financial planning.
Laurie graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in accounting and earned her JD from the University of Georgia School of Law.
Active in her community, Laurie is a district representative for the Muscogee County Board of Education and is on the board of trustees for The Methodist Home, a faith-based organization that provides care for children and families in need. She is also involved in her children’s schools and has served on the finance committee and as stewardship campaign chair for her church.
She and her husband, Stephen, have three daughters and one son and live in Columbus, Georgia.
