Meredith Koski is the manager of people operations for Blue Trust’s office in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Meredith provides leadership, direction, and accountability for the day-to-day operations of the office. Her responsibilities include coordination with the national office regarding office personnel, internal and external office events, and compliance policy adherence.
Prior to joining the company, Meredith was the senior director of operational strategy at Sigma Kappa National Headquarters. She aided the executive director in driving staff culture desired to support strategic growth, identifying staffing levels required for effective and efficient execution, and collaboration cross-functionally with finance and information systems to ensure seamless implementation of strategic plans. Meredith previously served in the role of client service associate in the Indianapolis office of Blue Trust, where she held accountability for implementing and overseeing all administrative procedures for investment accounts, including the amount application process, money movement, and reporting.
Meredith graduated from the University of New Mexico with a degree in organizational communication. She earned a dual MA in human resources development and management from Webster University. She is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
Active in her community, Meredith is a board member of OVATION: Carmel High School Choirs. She’s also a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and The Longest Day, Alzheimer’s Association.
Meredith and her two children live in Carmel, Indiana.
