Determining Purpose: Finding Personal Identity

Kingdom-minded business owners recognize that God thinks generationally. That is, He has a purpose in mind for the business that extends beyond the current owner, as well as a purpose in mind for the owner that extends beyond the business.

If a business owner can establish their identity distinct from the  business they run, it can provide clarity for an ownership transition, help to maintain the business’s strength beyond the current owner, and establish a clear personal direction for the owner.
