The Phoenix office opened in 1992 and has a deep history of serving clients in Arizona and its adjoining states. Managing Director, Mike Searcy. and the Phoenix team have grown the office through the efforts of the advisor teams and office support personnel. The team has in-depth experience working with business owners, generational wealth clients, highly compensated employees, and professionals. They are very involved with ministry groups, churches, and other non-profits throughout the Southwest, helping them accomplish their organizational goals and objectives. Executive Vice President, Don Christensen, opened and managed the office until 2001 when he transitioned leadership to Mike.
